Just enter your tracking number on the Track Order page to track your order status. You will be provided with a tracking number via email or text message as soon as your order is ready to ship. Please kindly bear in mind that the average manufacturing time is 5-7 business days.

When you place an order, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service team and request a cancellation or modification.

To cancel an order, please provide all the details concerning the items you would like to to cancel as well as your order number.

To modify an order, please include your order number and details of what you would like to modify.
